Asian Turkey Burgers + Noodles

Now let us all

You will need:

1 tbsp minced ginger root
2 garlic cloves (you can add another if you love it like me)
1/2 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp hot water
2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
8 oz rice noodles (or any long noodles that you have ie. linguine)

In a bowl combine ginger, garlic, 2 spice powder, and only 2 tbsp coriander. Add turkey and mix evenly with your hands. Shape this into 3-4 patties depending on how many people eating.

In a separate bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce and orange juice, then divide this in half. Whisk in peanut butter, water and vinegar into one for noodles. Set aside.

Place patties on grill, or you can barbecue, on medium heat for about 6 minutes, turn them and brush with hoisin and orange mixture. Grill for another 7 minutes and brush with remaining mixture.

Meanwhile cook your noodles till the designated time on package. Drain and toss them with hoisin and peanut butter mixture and add remain coriander.

Mix them together and serve!
